If you’ve followed my previous posts on this site, you’ll know I’m a fan of the Hemorrhoid Miracle (or H Miracle) book, so I’m now writing my honest Hemorrhoid Miracle Review, which will give you an insight into the book and how well it works.
My Honest Hemorrhoid Miracle Review
Now, I’m not going to go into any great detail about the whys and hows of me discovering the “H Miracle” book (as it’s detailed in earlier posts), instead I’m going to outline some of the pros and cons of the Hemorrhoid Miracle system. I think it’s important to realize that, when you purchase a book like the H Miracle, you’re not going to wake up the next morning free of hemorrhoids forever! There is no miracle drug or miracle solution that can do that for you, especially with no effort on your part.
The Pros of the Hemorrhoid Miracle System
My Hemorrhoid Miracle Review will start off with the pros of the system. There are several real advantages to following the sytem outlined in the H Miracle as opposed to simply using OTC or prescribed medication (or even undergoing painful and costly surgery). The first is that the system is completely, 100% natural. More and more people nowadays are looking for natural cures for their problems, and would rather not take drugs with potential side effects if they can avoid them. So, that’s a big plus! Secondly, the vast majority of recommendations and remedies included in the Hemorrhoid Miracle are very inexpensive (some you’ll have already in your pantry). Finally, in following the recommendations within the Hemorrhoid Miracle book, you’ll actually become healthier. Why? Because a truly healthy body doesn’t have hemorrhoids! Health is not just about an absence of disease, it’s about how well your entire body functions.
Now, I’ll go into that in a bit more detail. Things like diet and exercise are important. Hell, they’re not just important, they’re absolutely critical to good health. If you want the H Miracle to work, and you want your hemorrhoids gone, you’ll have to improve your overall health. Of course, this benefits you in FAR more ways than just ridding yourself of painful hemorrhoids alone! Being healthier means you’ll have more energy, you may lose weight if you’re carrying too much fat, you may have better control over other disease and conditions, and you may find yourself less susceptible to other problems in the future.
The Cons of the Hemorrhoid Miracle System
Now my Hemorrhoid Miracle review will go over some of the cons of the system. Again, I aim to be completely honest here. Now, the real downside, I think, is that to truly change your health and life, you need to acknowledge that some of your current behaviors may be contributing to your problem. I think many of us like to attribute our problems to an external source, to our genetics, or to our “luck”. However, the truth is that when it comes to health, mostly we make our own luck. You may currently be eating foods that don’t support your health, you may not be exercising enough. When you get H Miracle, you may find out that you actually have to change some things in your life in order for your hemorrhoids to stay away for good.
Now, that’s not really a negative of the book, but it is something that may be offputting for some people. Apart from that, there’s really not much negative I can say about it. The Hemorrhoid Miracle book helped me, and it helped my grandma, and it’s helped countless other hemorrhoid sufferers.

So, you want to know more about Holly Hayden’s “H Miracle” or Hemorrhoid Miracle as it’s also known. Plenty of people are curious about this book and whether or not the advice within will REALLY cure their hemorrhoids, or will simply leave them feeling ripped off. In fac tthere are people who write about the “Hemorrhoid Miracle Scam” simply because they don’t believe that you can cure hemorrhoids simply from reading a book like H Miracle.
The Truth About Hemorrhoid Miracle – or the H Miracle
Well, one thing’s certainly true… You CAN’T cure hemorrhoids, or anything else, simply through reading a book, let alone purchasing it. In order to achieve true results, it’s important to actually follow the recommendations in the book! So, is there a Hemorrhoid Miracle Scam? Well, no. This book is anything BUT a scam, however there are people who will tell you it’s a scam simply to get you to buy their products (which almost invariably don’t treat the root cause of hemorrhoids, even if they do manage to improve some symptoms).
The Hemorrhoid Miracle book provides real, useful information, and is guarantee to actually HEAL hemorrhoids for good, as well as providing almost instant relief from the crippling pain of severe hemorrhoids. The remedies and recommendations in the book are all natural, and were devised by Holly to cure her own hemorrhoids (her doctor had recommended that she have surgery for the problem, but she was naturally reluctant to do so).
The Real Cause of Hemorrhoids
Now, there are a number of causes of hemorrhoids. When I was in high school, I remember one teacher telling us not to sit on the cold concrete because we’d get “piles” as she called them. I remember at the time having no idea what piles were! Besides, my friends and I liked to sit on the concrete so we ignored her 
Other causes of hemorrhoids include “lack of fiber”, but this is a little non-specific. You’d think that if you just had more fiber and avoided sitting on cold surfaces that you could prevent hemorrhoids, right? Well, no… because there’s a lot more to the root cause of hemorrhoids than that, and Hemorrhoid Miracle goes over in detail what those causes are and how to counteract them naturally.
Now, if you’ve read my earlier posts you’ll know that I found Hemorrhoid Miracle (or the H Miracle) after my grandma told me that her doctor wanted her to undergo surgery for her hemorrhoids. She was so scared, that I became determined to find some alternate remedy for her that would mean she wouldn’t need to have the surgery, and her pain and discomfort would be permanently gone. I learned about Hemorrhoid Miracle and bought her the book, and was very glad I did several months later, when I too, got hemorrhoids during pregnancy.
It was then that I learned that you don’t need to be old to be a hemorrhoids sufferer, and even young people can get hemorrhoids! Unfortunately, many young people really do suffer in silence, because they’re less likely to go to a doctor for a potentially embarrassing problem (that might even involve a rectal examination) than an older person! That’s why H Miracle, or Hemorrhoid Miracle, is fantastic for younger people as well as older people.
How do You Achieve Success with Hemorrhoid Miracle?
Well, firstly you’ve got to actually follow the system. The detailed Hemorrhoid Miracle system isn’t hard to follow, but you have to be dedicated and committed to following through. Now, most hemorrhoid sufferers are desperate enough to do what they’re told, but some skeptics tend to let it slide, and almost inevitably they keep suffering from the same debilitating hemorrhoids.
My advice to anyone interested in buying H Miracle, is that they commit themselves to following the Hemorrhoid Miracle system to the letter for AT LEAST a full week. Honestly, by the end of that week, you should be experiencing profound relief, and your hemorrhoids should be on their way to healing fully. However, if you only do it for a day, or half-heartedly, you may not get the promised results, and thus could give up. It’s really crucial to stick with the Hemorrhoid Miracle program, because results are guaranteed if you do.

So why do I call the book “H Miracle” the Hemorrhoid miracle treatment? Quite simply because it is the one way I know to completely heal and cure hemorrhoids for good. And, if you’ve ever suffered from hemorrhoids, you’d understand exactly why that’s a miracle. It’s unfortunate that today’s doctors often avoid teaching people about natural cures. I mean, most doctors sincerely want to do their best. However, it seems as if they’ve been so brainwashed by drug companies and “modern” medicine, that they’ve forgotten (or never knew) that the best cures are always in nature.
Let’s look at some facts, and look at why H Miracle, or the Hemorrhoid Miracle, is so effective. For starters, how many healthy – and I mean REALLY healthy – people do you know who have hemorrhoids? Now, that’s a bit of a trick question, because few people actually discuss their hemorrhoids. AND few people who look healthy are actually as healthy as they look! What does it take to BE healthy? Health, after all, isn’t just an absence of illness. Too many people believe that when they’re not physically sick, they’re actually healthy! Unfortunately, that is far from the truth.
The Information in H Miracle and How it Works
So, back to the H Miracle book… it’s not going to tell you what your doctors tell you. It’s going to tell you what you NEED to hear. The truth is that over the counter hemorrhoid remedies do nothing much more than soothe the symptoms. They may go some way towards reducing the hemorrhoids, but they don’t actually cure them. Why? Because they don’t address the root cause – and that is WHY the sufferer has hemorrhoids in the first place. In H Miracle the whys are laid out, and while this book does promise a “Hemorrhoid Miracle” the treatment itself isn’t miraculous. At the heart, it’s just common sense! If you can’t get rid of the cause of hemorrhoids, you’ll never actively solve your hemorrhoid problems.
I knew very little about hemorrhoids and their causes until my grandma told me her doctor wanted her to undergo hemorrhoid surgery. She was terrified! She knew it would be painful, she knew it could be dangerous, and she knew that not all hemorrhoid surgery is 100% effective. It was only when I saw her pain and fear that I knew there had to be a better way to solve hemorrhoid problems. That’s when I went online and looked for natural hemorrhoid cures, and I found the H Miracle book. I read an H Miracle review or two, and willing to give anything a shot, I bought the book.
My Grandma’s H Miracle Experience
Well, I was skeptical… I didn’t know if it could deliver what it promised (when the doctors said she needed surgery), but I am a big believer in natural healing, so I purchased the book and printed it out for my grandma. Now, my grandma’s not the healthiest lady. She’s obese, has blood pressure problems, occasional asthma… and honestly, her only exercise is running the vacuum around her house occasionally. However, desperation often drives people to take desperate measures, and she was in such pain and so scared that she was willing to follow all the recommendations in the H Miracle book, even those that required a radical overhaul of her current lifestyle.
Let’s just say, that with my grandma’s determination and the information in H Miracle, the Hemorrhoid Miracle book, she was able to cure her hemorrhoids and no longer needed surgery. This was great news for me then, and also great news for me months later when I developed hemorrhoids during pregnancy! Knowing about my grandma’s success with H Miracle, I followed the program myself, and experienced relief (although my hemorrhoids would have gone away naturally after giving birth anyway).
I believe that if you suffer from hemorrhoids, or even if you suffer from varicose veins in OTHER parts of your body, that H Miracle – the Hemorrhoid Miracle book – will enable you to heal them naturally and permanently.
